We’ve all been through a lot since last year and so the last thing youl need is added stress and confusion, especially since you have kindly put your trust in us for your summer holidays and we are so grateful and beyond thrilled to welcome you!
Therefore, at Unique Milos Suites we intend on following the hospitality guidelines issued by the Greek government and based on CDC recommendations, in the least intrusive way possible, so you can get full enjoyment from your well-deserved holiday!
That said, if we may offer just a basic outline of the many efforts we will be making to adhere to all official guidelines, to ensure the safety of our guests as well as our staff.
Should you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to express them to us as soon as possible during your stay.
And in everyone’s best interest, all staff will be trained, masked at all times and standard social distancing rules adhered to whenever possible.
Upon arrival we shall welcome you at the doorstep of your suite, as there is no reception at Unique Milos Suites.
We always welcome our guests with a warm smile but, this will be hidden behind the mask we must be wearing! So please, keep in mind that we are always sharing a warm smile with you and we are happy to meet you! Keeping social distance & wearing masks, will be only our way to make you feel more secure!
Check-in forms will be placed in your suite, they will be filled-up by you and we will collect them once you check-out! Check-out will take place at our lovely outdoor area! It is likely that any invoices, or receipts will be sent to you via email.
Our check-in time has been adjusted to 15.00 and check-out time to 11.00. The additional time between each check-out and check-in is necessary to ensure that each room is thoroughly disinfected between stays and that the space is adequately ventilated.
We will be just a call away if you need any assistance throughout your stay!
Our specially trained housekeeping staff will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting your room before your arrival with the use of Eco Lab products and vapor steam cleaner for any fabrics, before airing it, to ensure that you have a comfortable and carefree stay.
Housekeeping can be less frequent during your stay, turndown service and linen and towels change can be arranged upon your request, in accordance with new CDC regulations.
All beanbag chairs & sunbeds are placed according to social distancing standards and all seats & tables used only by our guests, will be disinfected on a daily basis.
In the case that you feel ill, we will be in contact with the Health Center of Milos, where Covid-19 testing can be carried out if deemed necessary.
