Reservation Policy
- Minimum stay is set at 3 nights.
- To confirm your reservation, 30% deposit of the total cost is required.
- If the deposit is not received within the agreed date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without any further notice.
- Deposit cannot be transfered to other dates or reservations.
- Pets are not allowed due to lack of adequate facilities.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and modifications are considered only if received by e-mail.
- In case of cancellation or modification of your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded 100%.
- For cancellation or further modification received in the 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit amount won’t be refunded.
- In case client doesn’t show up or stays for a shorter time than originaly booked, 50% of missing dates’ cost will be applied.
